WATCHING
Russian Doll – Fan girling over Natasha Lyonne.
Everything Everywhere All At Once - wow. Loved it, and ‘sci fi’ isn’t usually my bag but this was fun and visually stunning, and funny and made me cry and, and, and - I will watch it again.
Batman (R Pats) – nope.
Chivalry - Coogan. Great lines - didn’t love where it went
Kevin can Fuck Himself – weird and interesting
Love Life - Easy watching
Derry Girls. The finale episode 😭
Eurovision – love Graeme Norton
Senior Year - hungover Sunday watching with Rebel Wilson
The Awakening – based on an Oliver Sacks book, with Robin Williams and Robert Deniro. All of these things made me think this will be good - can’t believe I haven’t heard of this movie!? It is not good. I don’t know what happened here.
Workin’ Mums
READING
Young Mungo – Loved Shuggie, and this is just as good, if not better… the parts describing Mungo and James’ relationship are so beautiful and tender. Heartbreaking.
Trying to find a Manga track that I can only half remember the lyrics too, and ended up reading this interview: https://www.clashmusic.com/features/no-hard-feelings-manga-saint-hilare-interviewed which is great.

Dadu Shin Blue biro illustrations are soooo nice. Found via It’s Nice That. I’m a sucker for biro drawings, love the simplicity and the duotone.
Went to Browns East and after looking at the spenny clothes I had a look at Danny Sangra’s illustrations – ‘Psychic Hotline’ love em’
Paul Davis Counter Culture exhibition at Jealous London – I love his sense of humour, and particularly liked his structures in this show.
