Gender inequality in the workplace persists because small acts of sexism go unchallenged. The "little" comments, the subtle put-downs – they're so normalised that calling them out feels like making a fuss.

What if we made sexism impossible to ignore by making it darkly funny?

We created a tongue-in-cheek film with comedians Stevie Martin and Thom Tuck that highlighted everyday workplace inequality, encouraging people to call out sexist behaviour no matter how small. The film was featured in Adweek and Little Black Book, supporting CMI's mission to promote gender balance – something they've been advocating for since launching Women in Management in 1969.
